• A day of foraging, tasting and deeply knowing the plants that grow beside us

• A morning of slow, intention-filled foraging, followed by an afternoon of experiencing the herbs in their dried & fresh forms and as infusions. You will learn about the tastes, energetics & organ affinities, as well as everyday ways to work with these herbs.

• A light lunch will be provided & enjoyed together
